Citizens are full Consortium members who hold voting rights within the OpenCivics DAO. On our DAO manager Dework, you’ll be able to propose sub-DAO pods for Collaborative Initiatives, propose funding allocations, make governance proposals, and get paid for tasks. You’re responsible for helping to raise funds for the DAO, reporting progress to the network, and managing/participating in Collaborative Initiatives you’re a part of. You can read more about the role specifics and its relationship to other roles in the Network Constitution.
If you provided a web3 wallet address in your application, you should have already received a Citizen NFT which will act as your access key to Discord.
If you haven’t received one, please reach out to [email protected].
To claim your role, go to www.guild.xyz/opencivics, connect your wallet and click on the Citizen Role. Then click on Discord and Telegram links to connect your wallet with your Discord and Telegram accounts respectively.
Using your Discord login, log in to Dework and connect your account with your web3 wallet.
